How renewal works
- Annual plan, 12 months, renews yearly
- Reminder e-mail 30 days before each renewal, with the amount
- Switch off renewal any time before the renewal date via the link in the reminder e-mail or our contact form; access runs to the end of the paid year
- Founding price kept at every renewal
- Switch to NYC any time: within 90 days of your term start the full Outer Boroughs amount is credited, later pro rata (terms 5b)
- Five free cases from your borough, real cases from this week’s list, no sign-up.
- The demo with invented data shows how the app works.
- Method and data in the open: DOB data as of Oct 19, 2026, re-checked every week, every run on the track record (method).
- E-mail reminder 30 days before each renewal (at the latest 15 days before); switch off renewal any time before the renewal date.
- If you don’t renew, the account owner keeps a free basic plan: the five open cases with the highest priority in a borough you choose, updated with each data run, and your work list (no contacts, links, export or team access; terms, section 5d).
What you get, and what you don’t
You get
- Every open SWARMP and UNSAFE case from public DOB data, re-checked every week
- The inspection firm of record for each report, the engineer who usually writes the repair scope
- Managing agent and owner entity, companies only
- Shed age, penalty risk and a job size estimate from DOB filings (an estimate, not a bid)
You don’t get
- No contact details of individual owners or other people: no names, phone numbers or personal e-mail addresses
- Not exclusive: any firm can subscribe, including the ones you bid against
- No promise that a job is still open: a listed building may already have a contractor, because work without a permit and contracts not yet filed cannot be seen
- No bidder lists, no lead selling, no commissions
Priced below one change order
The median facade repair filed with the DOB since 2021 declares an estimated job cost of $120,000 (middle half $39,000-$324,000, 7,501 filings; the applicant's estimate, not a bid). One job won pays for many years of the list. Flat annual price: no fee per case, no commission, no success fee.
Checked, not promised: 30 of 30 cases drawn at random from the delivered list had no repair work on file (hand check, Oct 21, 2026), and every run is logged in the open. See the track record →
No Manhattan-only package: Manhattan holds more than half of all open cases, so NYC annual is the Manhattan plan. Firms that work outside Manhattan pay less.
- Reserve. Firm and business e-mail, no payment details. A confirmation e-mail arrives right away. A reservation does not hold a founding place: the founding price goes to the first 10 paid plans.
- Payment link. When online checkout opens, we e-mail you a secure Paddle checkout link at the price that applies then. Nothing is charged until you complete it - you can simply ignore the link.
- Invoice. Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, issues the invoice in your firm's name and adds sales tax where it applies. Questions about a charge go to Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net.
- Access. After payment your personal access link arrives by e-mail - nothing to install, up to 10 team members.
