Pipeline, My week and contact log
Every case your team works on, by stage - with the contacts you logged, what each job is worth and what is due this week.
Pipeline
Open Pipeline in the bar at the top of your list. Every case your team works on sits in one column: open, contacted, proposal sent, won, lost or not interested. Drag a card to the next column when things move; on a phone, use “Move to” on the card. A case appears once you set a status, assign it, add a follow-up date or log a contact. Each column shows how many cases it holds and what they are worth.
Value and probability
Values are estimates until you enter your own: the median job size from DOB facade repair filings for similar buildings - not a bid or contract value. In the case sheet you can enter your own value and a probability. When you mark a case as won, enter the final value; your results page in the account adds it up.
Contact log
Open a case and log each call, e-mail, letter or meeting with its result. Firm names and facts only - no names, phone numbers or e-mail addresses of individuals (we reject e-mail addresses and phone numbers in the text). If the result is “Proposal sent”, we offer to move the case to that column.
My week
My week shows what is overdue, what is due this week, cases assigned to you without a next step, and cases that are new since your last visit. Reminder e-mails go to the account owner. Once per-person reminders are switched on for your team, they go to the person a case is assigned to, and unassigned cases stay with the account owner.
Organizations and activity
Organizations groups the cases in progress by inspection firm, managing agent and owner entity - firms only, never individuals. Activity lists the last 100 changes and contacts across your team.
Calendar feed
In your subscriber area you find a personal calendar link for Outlook or Google Calendar: your follow-up dates and the estimated start of the LL48 sidewalk shed penalty for cases in progress. The penalty date is an estimate from the current shed permit and can move.
View-only team members
The account owner can add a team member as a viewer: they see the list, the pipeline and the history but cannot change anything.
