CSV export
"Export CSV" in the list saves exactly the cases you see - with all filters applied - as a UTF-8 CSV file that opens in Excel, Google Sheets or any CRM.
Columns
Priority and reason, address, borough, ZIP, BIN and BBL, finding and report date, report age, cycle 9 status, inspection firm of record and its business address, lead status and the earlier firm (if known), sidewalk shed since, shed firm, estimated monthly penalty and LL51 milestones, managing agent and its number of open cases, owner entity, floors, year built, units, estimated job size (25th percentile, median, 75th percentile), new since last week, coordinates - and your team's status, note, follow-up, assignment and last change.
Good practice
- The export is for your firm's internal use (terms of service, section 4). Please do not pass it on or use it for mass mailings to owners.
- Cells that start with =, +, - or @ are prefixed with an apostrophe, so spreadsheets do not run them as formulas.
- The data date is in the file name and in the list header. Re-export after each weekly update.
